I felt confident going into my official exam after thoroughly understanding the concepts behind the questions covered in this practice exam and nearly acing this practice exam in certification mode multiple times.  The official exam was VERY different in its focus.  So different I questioned whether or not I was taking the wrong exam.  You are better off taking the official study guide, reviewing the minutiae surrounding your strengths, and making flash cards for your weaknesses.
