Shipping and Returns
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping charges vary by carrier and are automatically calculated at checkout. To calculate shipping on your selected items, add items to your shopping cart and proceed to the checkout page where you can select a shipping method.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

There are no returns or exchanges on voucher purchases.
When will my order ship?
  Please see individual product pages for more information on the availability of each product. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site and then click "Review orders / track packages". You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped and tracking information within 1-2 business days of shipment. Standard shipping via UPS Ground is 3-7 days.

 Note: We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes at this time. 

Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment. Digital products will be emailed within 1 business day of your order being submitted. Please contact customer service if you have not received your digital products within 1 business day of purchase. Physical products that are in stock will usually ship within 1-2 business days after placing the order. You will receive an email with tracking information once the product has shipped.
